Vertical strapping machine with closed frame
The automatic strapping machine with a closed frame is designed for strapping loose products, strapping loose shipments (packages) or strapping palletized shipments.
This version of the strapping machine requires installation between 2 separate conveyors or modification of a continuous conveyor to embed the strapping frame of the machine.
For strapping palletized shipments with this strapping machine, it is necessary to use chain conveyors, after which the pallets enter the machine transversely. The control system of the strapping machine controls the movement of the shipments on the conveyor for strapping at the desired point.
Quality German strapping head GS41
We install a high-quality German strapping head GS41 in all automatic strapping machines of our production.
The ingeniously developed construction of strapping machines enables the smallest distance between pallets on the conveyor of 600 mm and the application of the strap with extreme accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm.
