A perfectly equipped automatic wrapping machine
Wrapping palletized shipments with the PKG THE RING wrapping machine is not only extremely fast but also safe. The packaging machine is equipped with an overlay film applicator, which safely protects the package from dust and water during transport, even from the top.
During the packaging process, the pallet shipment is raised using a pallet jack, and the stretch film wrapping can therefore be applied up to the bottom edge of the pallet.
The PKG THE RING wrapping machine can be equipped with an upper pressure arm for packing unstable shipments.
Powerful and even more powerful
The wrapping machine is equipped with a powerful motorized film pre-tensioner, on which it is possible to install JUMBO rolls of stretch film (40 kg). This will reduce the number of breaks needed to change the film and increase the efficiency of the packaging up to three times.
A double stretch film unwinder can be installed on the machine, thanks to which it reaches a wrapping speed of an incredible 140 pallets per hour.
Simple and intuitive use
The automatic wrapping machine PKG THE RING can be controlled by the operator using a clear control panel with a touch screen, which is easy to understand thanks to intuitive symbols and a clear interface.
Of course, it is also possible to connect with packaging lines or production lines using a data bus.
