The vertical pallet strapping machine TP-502MV ensures mobility when strapping pallets in your operation. When strapping , there is no need to manually rewind the tape under the pallet – this process is ensured by the folding bayonet. The strapping machine is designed for PP strapping tape, the tape joint is finished with a heat weld.

Description of the taping machine’s operation
The operator brings the strapping machine to the pallet so that the fixed bayonet is inserted through the pallet. Press the appropriate button to feed the tape through the pallet. The tape must then be manually guided over the pallet and inserted into the slot of the strapping machine. The machine automatically tightens, welds and cuts the tape. Once this process is complete, the strapping machine is immediately ready for the next cycle.
