Extra strong and environmentally friendly carton sealing
The Better Pack 333CM is a manual water-activated tape dispenser (also known as a paper tape dispenser, water-activated tape dispenser or water-activated adhesive tape dispenser) specifically developed for operations with lower shipment preparation capacity requirements (less than 100 cartons per day).
The dispenser allows a choice of 15 preset tape lengths, ranging from 10 to 75 cm, and can operate without electricity. To increase the adhesion and improve the properties of the dispensed adhesive tape, the dispenser can be retrofitted with a unit for electronic pre-heating of the adhesive tape. Despite the manual operation, this is a much more efficient way of taping cartons than using conventional manual unwinders with classic adhesive tape.
Advantages of using paper adhesive tape
Paper adhesive tape with water-activated adhesive is made of very strong kraft paper. The great advantage of this type of adhesive tape is the plant-derived adhesive – classic natural starch. The entire adhesive tape is completely environmentally friendly and thus does not require tearing off the cardboard before recycling – the packaging material can be recycled in its entirety.
