Continuous automatic sealer with tunnel Ultra Sealer series
The Ultra Sealer 50 SM Continuous Automatic Sealer is of high quality and very good price and can be obtained with or without shrink tunnel. Compared to the traditional L-sealer, this range offers several advantages such as: packaging of product with unlimited length, increased production capacity, significant reduction of film waste. The Ultra Sealer series with continuous sealing and BOX MOTION cycle can process polyolefin and polyethylene, polypropylene center-folded or flat film with folding film and is suitable to meet throughputs up to 7200 packs/hr.
Use
The powerful conveyor moves the products to the center folded film, the photocells detect the products and the work cycle starts. The feeding, unwinding of the film, sealing and output of the products are fully automatic.
