Fully automatic high speed strapping machine with motorized roller table
The fully automatic and high-performance Speed Strap R series strapping machine is equipped with a 7.2″ touchscreen display that allows you to set any work function and save production time. The work table consists of motorized roller conveyors. The R Series can automatically work with 1-2 or more belts through the input and output photocells. It can be inserted into a fully automatic production line, thus ensuring a medium-high working capacity. The machine is available with a pneumatic top press. It has a taping speed of 50 cycles per minute, which is carried out by a taping group composed of 24 V vcc brushless motors. The strapping machine can also be set to “transit mode” function without strapping the product.
