Semi-automatic strapping machine with closed structure
Semi-automatic strapping machine of new generation, mod. ECO STRAP 501 C, has a fully enclosed structure that can be controlled from the inside via the work table and the side door for changing the tape spool. It is equipped with DC motors that control every function of the machine and has electronic tape tensioning adjustable by a potentiometer located on the control panel. The swivel casters make it easy to move and position according to the needs of the warehouse. A very competitively priced and compact strapping machine, extremely efficient for any medium to low capacity job. It is suitable for strapping boxes, bales, bundles. It can be used in warehouses, offices, supermarkets, shops, logistics, wherever secure packaging is needed.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Eco Strap 501 C uses a power supply of 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz and has a worktop height of 750 mm. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with four swivel castors and the easyfast® tape guide removal system (tool-free). There is also: adjustment of the welding cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the welding blade temperature, adjustment of the length of the dispensed tape, running of the motors only during the taping cycle.
