EASY PAPER 50 SB is a semi-automatic carton sealer with manual adjustment. It seals the top and bottom of the carton with reinforced rubberized kraft paper. The machine is equipped with side belts and a PLC controlled touch screen for setting all manual and automatic working operations
Features of the gluing machine
The box is moved via two side belts that move it towards the two gluing heads. The gluing machine is equipped with an Energy Saving system, so the motorised belt drive is only activated when the box comes into contact with the photocell located under the feed roller conveyor. Before the box arrives under the gluing heads, these automatically apply the paper tape, previously moistened by special sponge rollers. The tape is applied to the top and bottom of the flaps using rubber rollers. The tape is cut automatically by pneumatically driven cutters. The end result is a perfect taping of the burglar-proof box.
