Semi-automatic pallet strapping machine
Semi-automatic strapping machine of new generation, mod. PALLET STRAP T150, is suitable for any kind of pallet strapping. It works with DC motors that control every function of the machine and its additional value is the tensile strength of the performing strapping head up to 150Kg. It is equipped with an electrically retractable rod to facilitate the insertion of the tape under the pallet. This new model has electronic tape tensioning adjustable by a potentiometer located on the control panel.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Pallet Strap T150 uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has a 1000 mm retractable rod to facilitate the insertion of the tape under the pallet. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum tensioning force adjustable from 5 to 150 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with 4 swivel castors for easy manoeuvring when transporting the machine. In addition there is: easyfast® tape guide removal system, tape unit with DC motors, electronic control of tape tensioning force, COOL TIME adjustment, temperature adjustment of the sealing blade, adjustment of the length of tape to be dispensed.
