Semi-automatic wrapping machine Easy Wrap 2000 A with mechanical brake film tensioning
Easy Wrap 2000 A is a wrapping machine for palletised shipments. As it is a semi-automatic wrapping machine, an operator is required to operate it. The pallet wrapping machine is powered by electricity with an output of 1 Kw. Tensioning of the film is carried out by means of a mechanical clutch, which can be manually adjusted by the operator. As an alternative to this pallet wrapping machine, the Easy Wrap 2000 B is also available with motorised film pre-tensioning at fixed ratios.

General characteristics of the pallet wrapper
The Easy Wrap 2000 A has a turntable diameter of 1500 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions d 800 x w 1200 x h 2200 mm with a maximum plate weight of 1500 kg. In addition to the possibility of adjusting the number of turns of the foil on the bottom and top of the pallet, the soft start of the table can also be adjusted using the inverter. The pallet wrapper is equipped with Siemens PLC and 7.2 color touch screen.
