This new semi-automatic wrapping machine is designed to effectively protect your products. The low turntable height (31 mm) allows the pallet to be loaded from either side (with a traditional pallet truck) thanks to the 270° ramps, which facilitate loading and reduce the risk of damage. In addition, the motorised pre-stretch trolley provides significant film savings, resulting in packaging cost savings.
General features of the winder
The Slim Wrap 2020 B pallet wrapping machine has a turntable diameter of 1650 mm (standard) with a thickness of only 31 mm. It can handle products with dimensions d 1000 x w 1200 x h 2200 mm, with a maximum turntable weight of 1200 kg. The pallet wrapper is equipped with a Siemens PLC controlled 7.2 colour touch screen display, which allows for a number of machine adjustments.
