Powerful automatic strapping machine for vertical strapping
The fully automatic V-aggregate L strapping machine is reliable and robust, due to its excellent operating characteristics it is designed for installation in powerful automatic packaging lines. It proves its qualities in the toughest operations in the concrete paving, woodworking or paper industry.
Description and characteristics of the machine
The V-aggregate L consists of a strapping head, a frame through which the strapping tape is introduced and a distributor in which the control system with control is located. The machine is supplemented by an external tape unwinding unit, designed for tape wound on a cavity with a diameter of 406 mm. The strapping head is positioned from the top of the machine, the frame adjusts in height to the actual height of the pallet being strapped. As standard the machine is supplied for fixed mounting with a motor driven bayonet. For special applications, the machine can also be supplied with a travelling version or with a support beam inserter for palletless strapping.
