Sliding vertical strapping machine with open frame and travel
The special sliding automatic strapping machine with open frame and travel is especially designed forstrapping palletised consignments on special production lines (e.g. for the concrete industry). The open design of the strapping frame allows the strapping tape to be introduced above the conveyor level and the pallets to be transported using roller conveyors. The palletised consignments enter the machine stacked lengthways, are suspended in one position throughout the strapping process and the strapping machine moves autonomously to the individual points where the consignment is to be vertically strapped, thanks to the motorised drive. In this case, the strapping process achieves the highest efficiency and does not restrict other ongoing operations dependent on the movement of products or consignments along the conveyor line of the production line, as the palletised consignment no longer needs to be positioned sequentially by the conveyor for each strapping point after entering the machine.
High quality German tape head GS41
In all automatic strapping machines of our production we install a high quality German strapping head GS41.
The ingeniously developed design of the strapping machines allows the smallest distance between pallets on the conveyor 600 mm and the application of the strapping tape with extremeaccuracy to +/- 0.5 mm.

For the strapping of loose products(bundle strapping) or for the strapping of pallets using chain conveyors, along which the pallets enter the machine stacked transversely, the VERTICAL STRAPPER U automatic strapping machine with enclosed strapping frame is suitable.
VERTICAL STRAPPER L
The VERTICAL STRAPPER L open-frame strapping machine is designed for strapping pallets without the need for autonomous feed of the machine to the individual strapping positions, using roller conveyors, along which the pallets enter the machine stored lengthwise.
