Semi-automatic strapping machine
Semi-automatic strapping machine of new generation, mod. ECO STRAP 501, is equipped with DC motors that control every function of the machine and has electronic strap tensioning adjustable by a potentiometer located on the control panel. Thanks to the swivel castors, it can be easily moved and positioned according to the needs of the warehouse. A very competitively priced and compact strapping machine, extremely efficient for any medium to low capacity job. It is suitable for strapping boxes, bales, bundles. It can be used in warehouses, offices, supermarkets, shops, logistics, wherever secure packaging is needed.
Operation
Place the package on the working surface of the machine in contact with the welding head, take the tape and wrap it around the product, insert the tape into the sensor located on the surface of the taping machine. Once the sensor is activated, tensioning, cutting and welding operations are automatic.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Eco Strap 501 semi-automatic strapping machine uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has a height-adjustable worktop height from 750 to 900 mm. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with four swivel wheels, two of which are braked, and an easyfast® (tool-free) strapping guide removal system. There is also: adjustment of the welding cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the welding blade temperature, adjustment of the length of the dispensed tape, running of the motors only during the taping cycle.
