Semi-automatic pallet strapping machine
Semi-automatic strapping machine of new generation, mod. PALLET STRAP T45, is suitable for any kind of pallet strapping. It works with DC motors that control every function of the machine and has electronic tape tensioning adjustable by a potentiometer located on the control panel. More than 30% of the mechanical parts have been eliminated compared to a traditional strapping machine. It is equipped with a folding attachment to facilitate tape insertion under the pallet and quick and easy vertical strapping.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Pallet Strap T45 uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has a hinged rod to facilitate insertion of the strap under the pallet. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with 3 wheels, 1 of which is swivel at the rear, which are necessary to facilitate the manoeuvrability of the machine. Also available: easyfast® tape guide removal system, COOL TIME adjustment, welding disc temperature adjustment, tape length adjustment.
