Perfectly equipped automatic packaging machine
Packing palletised shipments with the PKG THE RING is not only extremely fast but also safe. The packaging machine is equipped with an overlapping film applicator, which protects the consignment safely from dust and water even from the top side during transport. During the packing process, the pallet shipment is elevated using a pallet jack and the stretch film wrapping can therefore be applied up to the bottom edge of the pallet. The PKG THE RING packaging machine can be equipped with a top pressure arm for packing unstable shipments.
Powerful and even more powerful
The wrapping machine is equipped with a powerful motorized film pre-stretcher, on which JUMBO rolls of stretch film (40 kg) can be installed. This will reduce the number of breaks required for film changes and increase packaging efficiency by up to three times. A double stretch wrap unwind can be installed on the machine, allowing it to reach a packing speed of an incredible 140 pallets per hour.
Simple and intuitive operation
The PKG THE RING automatic wrapping machine can be controlled by the operator using a clear touch-screen control panel that is easy to understand thanks to intuitive symbols and a clear interface. Of course, there is also the possibility of interfacing with packing lines or production lines via a data bus.
