Fully automatic carton preparation for the carton sealing machine with HOT-MELT sealing.
The automatic carton folders of the SIAT HM145/146 model series provide fully automated preparation of HOT-MELT cartons by gluing the bottom flaps of the carton. Cartons are fed into the machine from a hopper by a pneumatic arm and are moved through the machine by side belts driven by an electric motor. They provide a capacity of 400 to 500 cartons/hour , making them suitable for large operations. SIAT HM145/146 carton stackers are characterized by their high quality workmanship, easy operation and quick set-up.

Key features
- Carton tray in unfolded state with a capacity of 80÷150 pcs or extended tray with a capacity of 160÷300 pcs (the quantity depends on the thickness of the carton).
- The machine can be designed in left or right orientation.
- Pneumatic handling arm with vacuum suction cups (VENTURI® vacuum system) for filling cartons from the tray.
- Handling belts for moving boxes with electric motor 2x 0,55 kW.
- HOT-MELT external attachment sealing system ROBATECH® (other manufacturer on request)
- Taping head for 50 mm ( SIAT K11R) or 75 mm ( SIAT K12R) wide tape.
