The SIAT ProWrap semi-automatic wrapping machine is based on the new technology concept 4.0, which brings a more durable design and intelligent control with the possibility of connection to the CLOUD, with which you will have full control over the management of the machine during the entire wrapping cycle. Of course, the maximum optimization of stretch film consumption is a matter of course.
Reduce stretch film consumption thanks to high-quality pre-stretching
Powerful motorised pre-stretching of the stretch film increases its stretchability by up to 400% and thus significantly reduces the consumption of stretch film during wrapping. The operator has 12 wrapping programs in 5 operating modes and easy operation via a 7″ touch screen.
New packaging safety features
A device for twisting the stretch film into a rope, which is used to tie the shipment at the end of the wrapping cycle, helps to increase the stability of the shipment and the durability of the package during transport. The SIAT ProWrap features a new design that allows reliable operation even in harsh conditions (-20°C) while maintaining high wrapping efficiency (30 pallets/hour).
Reliability of operation is helped by protective mechanisms for pallet height control and control of the buffer zone around the machine, which stops the machine safely immediately in the event of a process upset.
