FB4.0 is an automatic packaging machine for the application of Stretch film – in the form of a bag – by mechanical stretching and then immediate application on the packaged product. Compared to the FB1000 and FB2000, it offers easier operation when changing the film – the top of the machine can be moved to a lower level within reach of the operator. Depending on the equipment, the machine can work with up to 6 separate stretch films of different sizes. Its packing capacity averages 180 pallets/hour. The exact performance depends on the dimensions of the goods to be packed, the pallet dimensions and the packing system set up. The wrapping process is carried out mechanically, without the need for additional energy required to shrink the film. Therefore, this equipment is suitable for the packaging of any kind of goods, including flammable and explosive materials, with the exception of products with excessively high temperatures.
The device is suitable for installation in explosive environments and also environments with increased risk of fire.
