The new model Techno Wrap 2000 BD is a wrapping machine that uses PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), controlled by a 7.2″ color touch panel, automatic stretch film feeding, automatic cutting and sealing functions, photoelectric sensors for infeed and outfeed detection and height of the wrapped pallet, a rotary turntable composed of motorized rollers for automatic pallet shifting. It is able to easily perform unmanned operations by operators due to the presence of automatisms. It has reliable features that are easy to use. Thanks to the storage of 15 programs, it is possible to set different parameters and winding methods according to the working needs. Among the various functions, the winder, if integrated in the production line, can also be used in transit mode without the operation of the winding cycle.
