Colours of adhesive tape backing carriers
The adhesive tape can be printed with one, two or three colours. We use lead-free inks from the German manufacturer PRINTEC for the printing of the adhesive tape.

Types of adhesive tape
The most commonly used type of adhesive for printed tapes is Acrylic Adhesive. However, Hot-Melt adhesive tapes or water-activated paper tapes based on starch adhesive are also available. All input materials, as well as the adhesive carriers, are produced by European renowned manufacturers. These tapes are characterized by high adhesive strength and are of higher quality than tapes from manufacturers in Poland or Asia.
Water dispersible adhesive
The most commonly used adhesive for gluing boxes and suitable for long-term use even at higher temperatures of stored goods. Use at low temperatures (refrigerated and freezer boxes) is not recommended. After application, the adhesive resists UV exposure (prolonged exposure to sunlight) and oxidation well.
Synthetic rubber
Suitable for paper boxes and packaging films. The adhesive is also suitable for use in cold environments. After application, the adhesive is less resistant to UV exposure (prolonged exposure to sunlight).
Natural rubber
The adhesive with the best cohesion / cohesiveness, ideal for use even during the winter period, based on natural rubber.
Glue of vegetable origin
A versatile and functional adhesive for kraft paper moistened (water activated) adhesive tapes, the 100% vegetable-based, eco-friendly adhesive allows for hassle-free recycling of the packaging material and ensures extreme strength of the sealed package.
Bottom indelible print (SANDWICH)
Bottom printing of adhesive tape is a technology in which printing is applied to the underside of the tape, i.e. the side that comes into contact with the adhesive. This method ensures that the print is protected from damage and wear as it is covered by a layer of adhesive and protected by the tape film itself.
This method allows the production of ribbons with any background colour and printing from 1 to 8 colours, including photographic printing. In addition, it is possible to produce tapes with silent unwinding. However, the disadvantages are higher minimum take-up quantities and higher costs for the initial production of photopolymer plates.
