Automatic tape dispenser for the use of 12 mm wide paper or polypropylene tapes
Easy Band 35-250, simple and reliable. It is part of a range of benchtop automatic strapping machines. It can work with 12 mm wide paper and polypropylene tapes. It can guarantee a banding speed of 25 cycles/min. Manual or automatic operation with sensor and adjustable settings via the colour touch screen located on the front of the machine. The machine has a tape roll holder located at the bottom of the machine. It is mainly used in stationery industry for packing various products for promotions, fruit shops, perfumery etc.
METHOD OF USE
AUTOMATIC
By selecting the automatic mode, simply place the product on the surface of the banding machine. The photocell, which reads the product, starts the taping and welding cycle. Removing the product restarts the machine and prepares for the next taping cycle.
MANUAL
After selecting the manual cycle, the operator must press the button located on the control panel to wrap the product. Once the product is bundled, the machine performs a restart and prepares for the next strapping operation.
