Semi-automatic wrapping machine with motorised film tensioning
The Easy Wrap 2000 B is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised shipments with stretch film. The machine is powered by electricity and requires an energy output of 1.25 kW. The Easy Wrap 2000 B wrapping machine is equipped with a motorized travel with fixed ratios for pre-stretching the film and has a table rotation speed of 12 rpm (revolutions per minute). Alternatively, the Easy Wrap 2000 A pallet wrapper is also available with film tensioning by means of a mechanical clutch (located on the winch carriage) manually adjustable by the operator.
New graphical touchscreen interface
Since January 2021, there have been significant improvements in the use and management of the machine on the user side. In addition to the language selection, the touch screen navigation logic has been updated and simplified to make the most of the potential of this winder. Each screen features an information icon that briefly describes the specification of the commands on display, with instant warnings to alert the operator to any anomalies or alarms during work operations. Operations focused on pallet reinforcement cycles and work cycle settings have been redesigned, giving the ability to manage and store up to 10 different work settings, optimizing (based on set values) significant stretch film savings.

The Easy Wrap 2000 B has a table diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions d 800 x w 1200 x h 2200 mm with a maximum weight on the turntable of 2000 kg. In addition to the possibility of adjusting the number of revolutions on the bottom and top of the pallet, the inverter can be used to set the gradual start-up of the table. The pallet wrapper is equipped with a PLC and a 7.2 color touchscreen display that allows you to set parameters such as carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
