Semi-automatic strapping machine designed for general use and medium-low working volumes
Semi-automatic low-working table-top strapping machine of new generation, mod. ECO STRAP 501 L, suitable for large and heavy boxes, is equipped with DC motors that control every function of the machine. It works with different PP tape sizes and thermo sealed tape closure. Very competitively priced and compact strapping machine, extremely efficient for any medium to low working capacity. Allows you to easily tape large and heavy boxes without worker effort.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Eco Strap 501L semi-automatic strapping machine uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has a 395 mm work plate height. It has a strapping speed of 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with four swivel wheels, two of which are braked, and an easyfast® (tool-free) tape guide removal system. There is also: adjustment of the weld cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the welding blade temperature, adjustment of the length of the dispensed tape, running of the motors only during the taping cycle, possibility of using different strap sizes.
