Fully automatic packaging centre OMS 08/2TR 1400 HD – strapping machine with integrated stretch film wrapping system – is reliable and robust, due to its excellent operating characteristics it is designed for installation in powerful packaging lines, its qualities are proven in the heaviest operations when strapping concrete pavement, in the wood or paper industry. The OMS 08/2TR 1400 HD consists of a strapping head, a frame through which the strapping tape is introduced and a distributor, which houses the control system with controls. The machine is supplemented by an external tape unwinding unit, designed for tape wound on a 406 mm diameter cavity. As standard, the machine is supplied for fixed mounting with a motor-driven bayonet. For special applications, the machine can also be supplied in a version with travelling or with a carrier beam inserter for palletless strapping. The strapping head is positioned from the top of the machine, the frame adjusts in height to the actual height of the pallet being strapped.
