The automatic carton folders of the SIAT F144-F344 model series provide fully automated carton preparation for automatic carton sealing machines. With a capacity of 700 to 1100 cartons/hr. They are predestined for medium and large operations. The SIAT F144-F344 carton stackers are characterized by high quality workmanship, easy operation, fast set-up and are certified according to EU standards.

Key features
- Carton tray in unfolded state with a capacity of 80÷150 pcs or extended tray with a capacity of 160÷300 pcs (the quantity depends on the thickness of the carton).
- The machine can be designed in left or right orientation.
- Pneumatic handling arm with vacuum suction cups (VENTURI® vacuum system) for filling cartons from the tray.
- Handling belts for moving boxes with electric motor 2x 0,18 kW (SIAT F144 series) or 2x 0,65 kW (SIAT F344 series).
- Taping head for 50 mm ( SIAT K11R) or 75 mm ( SIAT K12R) wide tape.
- Machine control panel with functions:
– carton counter, – sensor for low carton tray, – sensor for tape tear or tape termination, – signaling of a failure in the taping process.
- Safety fuse for disconnection of electronic and pneumatic circuits during maintenance.
- OMRON PLC control unit .
