TP-713H series machines
TP-713H belongs to the series of full-automatic strapping machines for PP and PET tape. These machines are designed for installation in conveyor lines where they perform the function of automatic pallet strapping. The TP-713H full-automatic strapping machine is reliable and robust, due to its excellent operating characteristics it is designed for installation in powerful packaging lines. It proves its qualities in the toughest operations in the concrete paving, woodworking or paper industry.
Use of the machine
The strapping head is positioned horizontally from the side of the machine, the horizontal frame comes down around the pallet to set levels where it performs the required strapping. The TP-713H consists of a strapping head, a horizontal frame through which the strapping tape is introduced and a distributor which houses the control system with controls. The machine is supplemented with an external tape unwinding unit, designed for tape wound on a 406 mm diameter cavity. For special applications, the machine can also be supplied in a version with a protective edge applicator, or a side or cross press for pressing soft or unstable products before the actual strapping.
