Pallet wrapping robot for wrapping palletized shipments with motorized strapping

The Robo Wrap 600 B is a self-propelled stretch wrapping robot for palletised loads of different shapes, sizes and weights. It is equipped with a 7.2″ digital colour display, which allows you to easily control the programs and wrapping parameters in a very simple and functional way. The start cycle can also be activated by remote control.

Control and safety

The movement of the pallet wrapping robot is electric thanks to 2 controls located on the steering wheel. The self-propelled robot is equipped with a safety bumper at the front, which allows the machine to stop immediately if it hits the operator or an obstacle.
As an alternative to this self-propelled pallet wrapping robot, the Robo Wrap 600 A pallet wrapping machine is also available, equipped with a mechanical clutch for pulling the film. The pallet wrapping robot can handle products with a minimum size of d 600 x w 600 x h 2300 mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and a 7.2 color touch screen display that allows you to set various parameters such as carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, automatic foil cutting, reinforcement cycle at preset height, etc.
