Streamlining manual strapping in a smaller company
A family-run business focused on the manufacture of wooden components was struggling daily with the time-consuming and impractical method of banding. They were using old manual equipment that was slow, physically demanding and often caused damage to products during handling.
The aim of the project was to make manual strapping more efficient, to make the work of employees easier and to eliminate errors in strapping.
We have therefore deployed a reliable cordless V2 taping machine, which enables simple, fast and error-free taping with minimal physical effort. It is ideal for smaller operations with occasional taping – just as in this case.
