More efficient pallet wrapping with E-Wrap 1000 A
With more than 20 years of experience in the production of plastic components for automotive plants across the EU, the company ships dozens of pallets of finished goods every day. The emphasis is on quality, precision and meeting deadlines. Speed and reliability in packing and dispatching is therefore key.
Until now, the client has been wrapping the pallets in stretch film exclusively by hand. This method was not only time-consuming, but often led to inconsistent stretching of the film and instability of the pallets during transport.
Key issues:
- Uneven packing which caused pallets to become loose during transport
- High physical strain on employees and the associated risk of accidents
- Increased film consumption due to inefficient manual wrapping
- Delays in the output of pallets, especially during morning and afternoon rush hours
Based on the process analysis and the type of packaged goods, we designed a semi-automatic wrapping machine for the client E-Wrap 1000 A, which is the ideal solution for medium-intensive operations.
What did we realize for the customer?
- E-Wrap 1000 A machine with rotary plate and pre-stressing system
- Training of personnel to operate and change the foil
- Parameter optimization according to pallet and product type
- Supply of high quality film with high strength and expandability
