Automatic packing in stretch hood film

A company manufacturing ready-mixed concrete, mortar and construction chemicals, products packaged on pallets and displayed externally. The requirement was to increase the protection of the goods against moisture and improve the appearance of the packaging. Traditional stretch wrapping did not provide sufficient protection. The pallets were damaged by rain or dust during transport and storage. They also incurred high consumable costs.

We installed automatic stretch hood film wrapping machinewhich produces a waterproof and stable package without the need for heat.
