Retail chain with packaging waste under control
Supermarket chain | installation of a prackaging press HSM V-Press 825
The operations generated large amounts of cardboard and plastic packaging waste from deliveries of goods on a daily basis. The compacted waste was exported by an external company, but the packaging of the waste was manual and took up a lot of space. Loose packaging took up space in the warehouses, and employees had to manually carry boxes to collection points. Collection costs were high because the waste was not compacted and took up a large volume.
We delivered to 15 stores packaging press HSM V-Press 825, which enables efficient pressing of cartons and films on the shop floor. The staff was trained and the packaging presses were positioned directly at the unloading of the goods.
