It’s snowing beautifully outside, it’s romantic as a postcard and this is proof that Christmas is knocking at our door. This year, as in previous years, we have prepared small gifts for our valued customers, which we have lovingly packed for them and “loaded” by DPD courier today. We managed to send two hundred more parcels than we send on other days. Fingers crossed that every one of these parcels reaches our customers in time for Christmas. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in this process, which started a month ago with the carousel of orders, the advertising printing and today’s final packing. Even though this year we were not able to evoke the Christmas atmosphere of last year and the punch was missing today, we still have to say a big THANK YOU in selecting this year’s items to the sales reps for packing, the guys in the production shop and the service guys for preparing the packing machines, without whom we could not have accomplished this feat. Equally, a sincere thank you also to all the office staff who equally lent a helping hand and managed to get all the scheduled goods out for dispatch so that none of our customers felt any lapse in business communication or delivery of the ordered goods. And of course a big thank you to the service technicians who are on service calls. I am aware that they would rather be “at home” today, packing and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere with us.
