Automatic strapping machine with motorized belts and pneumatic press
The Easy Strap BP series fully automatic strapping machine is a compact, reliable, robust and easy to use machine. It is equipped with a top press to stabilize the products on the tape. It can be inserted into a fully automatic production line, ensuring medium-high working capacity. The work table is equipped with 10 motorized belt conveyor and the machine can automatically work with 1-2 or more belts through a photocell system, adjustable by 180° rotary control panel to work on both sides of the machine. It operates with DC motors that control every function of the machine. More than 30% of the mechanical components have been eliminated compared to a traditional tape machine. Available in sus 304 stainless steel version. Operates with DC motors arranged for each machine function. Possibility of multiple, double or single taping via photocell reader. Uses 9 or 12 mm PP tape. Robust and compact, designed for general use and medium volumes of work.
