Automatic strapping machine with motorized steel roller conveyor
The fully automatic strapping machine of the Easy Strap R series is compact, reliable, robust and easy to use. It can be inserted into a fully automatic production line, ensuring a medium-high working capacity. The work table is equipped with a motorized roller conveyor, and the machine can automatically work with 1-2 or more strapping operations via a photocell system. There is a 180° rotatable control panel on both sides of the machine. It operates with DC motors that control every function of the machine. More than 30% of the mechanical components have been eliminated compared to a traditional taping machine. Also available with pneumatic top press and in a stainless steel SUS 304 version. Possibility of multiple, double or single taping via photocell reader. Uses 9 or 12 mm PP tape. Robust and compact, designed for general use and medium volumes of work. It can also be configured in transit mode without product taping via the control panel.
