Self-dimensional carton sealer ideal for gluing tall and short or unstable carton boxes
Semi-automatic and self-dimensional carton welder with four feeding flat belts (two top and two bottom), which glue the top and bottom of boxes of different sizes with adhesive tape. This adhesive tape is particularly suitable for tall or unstable boxes. The operator aligns the box, folds the bottom flaps, places it in the centering/holding unit where the box is filled without having to hold it with the hands, folds the top flaps. He then feeds it into the machine which activates the micro switch of the upper gluing head which rises to the height of the box, while the boxes pass through the machine, the upper and lower flaps will be sealed by the gluing head at the same time. The machine includes feed center rollers and output rollers. It is a simple and practical packing station equipped with infeed and outfeed rollers.
