The Smart Wrap X100s-MT (type E) wrapping machine is a modern solution for semi-automatic wrapping of palletized goods in stretch film. The type E turntable design allows for easy loading of pallets directly using a pallet jack without the need for a ramp.

How a semi-automatic packaging machine works

After loading the pallet, the operator attaches the film and starts the process by pressing a button. The machine automatically detects the height of the load, wraps it from top to bottom, and automatically cuts the film at the end. This semi-automatic system significantly speeds up the packaging process and ensures even tensioning of the film, reducing the risk of damage to goods during transport.

Film consumption savings

The pre-stretch function in a pallet wrapping machine with a turntable maximizes the amount of goods you can wrap while significantly reducing film waste. Pre-stretch wrapping machines use multiple rubber rollers mounted on a carriage that rotates the rollers at two different speeds as the turntable rotates. When the wrapping cycle begins, the film in contact with the rollers is stretched to 380% of its original length. This dramatically reduces the amount of material needed to wrap a shipment.

Automatically cut film

1. The blade in the foil carriage cuts a small hole in the foil.
