Fully automatic high-speed strapping machine with strapping unit equipped with 24 volt brushless motors
Fully and high performance automatic strapping machine of Speed Strap BP series is a compact, reliable and robust machine equipped with top press to stabilize products for strapping with motorized belt conveyors. It operates with 24 Vcc brushless motors and has been upgraded with central shorter belts to allow the strapping of small size products. The BP Series can automatically handle 1-2 or more belts via input and output photocells. It can be inserted into a fully automatic production line to provide a medium-high working capacity. The machine is available in SUS 304 stainless steel version. It has a strapping speed of 50 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped as standard with a work table composed of 8 motorized belts and a pneumatic press for product stabilization. Available on request with different tape arc rates.
