Semi-automatic manual carton sealer that seals the top and bottom of American-style fixed-size boxes with adhesive tape. The machine is equipped with a 3 flap closure system to facilitate box sealing and can be used by non-specialized operators as it requires simple setup. The feeding of the box is controlled by two side belts operated by two motors, this system ensures maximum feed uniformity. The result is perfect alignment of the box flaps and optimum sealing performed by the efficient gluing head. Allows top and bottom taping of the box with adhesive tape. The carton welder is equipped with an “Energy Saver” timing stop system when the box gluing and sealing operation is completed. It includes infeed and outfeed rollers and is a practical and simple packing station.
