The model TP-602MV is a mobile semi-automatic machine designed specifically for vertical strapping of pallet goods. The ideal solution for operations looking for a way to streamline packaging without the need to manually handle the tape under the pallet.
Simple operation, high time saving
Simply attach the machine to the pallet – no need to move it to a dedicated workstation. Thanks to the extendable bayonet, the tape is automatically tucked under the pallet, which significantly speeds up the entire process and reduces the physical strain on the operator.
How does the taping process work?
The operator approaches the pallet and presses a button – the bayonet pushes the tape under the pallet.
The tape is manually wrapped around the goods and inserted back into the machine.
The machine automatically tensions, welds and cuts the tape.
In semi-automatic mode, the tape can be tightened manually after inserting protective edges or additional packaging.
Strapping is suitable for all types of pallets from a height of 500 mm upwards, the upper height is not limited.
