Multi-chamber baler for demanding conditions
The Orwak Multi 5070 HDC model is a reinforced version of the popular 5070 baler. Thanks to a pressing force of up to 10 tons, it can compact not only cardboard and paper, but also PET bottles, plastic cans, cans and even light wooden packaging. The multi-chamber concept allows you to sort multiple types of waste at the same time, which significantly saves time and space in operation.
Each chamber is open at the top for convenient filling, and while one chamber is being pressed, the other can be used immediately. This system increases work efficiency and allows continuous pressing without downtime.
Unique cross-tying of bales
One of the biggest advantages of the Orwak Multi 5070 HDC model is the possibility of cross-tying bales. Bales can be tied with 2 to 6 straps depending on the type of waste and the required stability. This system guarantees higher bale strength, easier handling and safer storage.
The long piston stroke creates extremely compact bales measuring 700 x 500 x 700 mm and weighing up to 80 kg for cardboard and up to 100 kg for plastics. This significantly reduces waste disposal costs.
Robust construction and high safety
With a total weight of 850 kg and a solid steel construction, the Orwak Multi 5070-HDC is designed for long-term use in industrial conditions. It meets the strict EN 16500:2014 safety standards for vertical balers and operates with low noise levels below 72 dB.
