Multi-chamber baler for maximum efficiency
The Orwak Multi 9020S multi-chamber baler enables sorting and pressing of various types of waste without the need for additional equipment. Each chamber can be reserved for a different material, which simplifies sorting and reduces handling time. Top loading ensures convenient loading of even bulky materials.
The model complies with the EN 16500:2014 standard and offers high operating safety, reinforced by a new safety brake. This prevents the pressing head from moving unintentionally and increases control during handling.
High pressing capacity and large chambers
The Orwak Multi 9020S has a pressing force of 20 tons (200 kN) and large chambers with an insertion opening of 1100 × 700 mm. The resulting bales measure 1100 × 700 × 800 mm and weigh up to 200 kg for cardboard and 300 kg for plastics. The waste compressed in this way significantly reduces storage requirements and transportation costs.
Efficiency is increased by the ability to fill one chamber while the other is being pressed. This makes the device ideal for operations where a large amount of waste is generated in a short time.
Flexible and expandable system
The Orwak Multi 9020S model is modular and allows you to add additional chambers according to the current needs of the operation. This system grows with the requirements of the company and reduces the need to invest in multiple separate presses.
A filling indicator alerts the operator when the chamber is ready for pressing, which speeds up the work process and minimizes downtime.
