Powerful baler with extra wide opening for large packaging
The Orwak Power 3820 is designed for operations that process large volumes of packaging waste. The extra wide opening of 1500 × 630 mm allows for easy insertion of large cardboard packaging without the need for modification. The pressing force of 26 tons creates extremely strong cardboard bales weighing up to 500 kg, significantly reducing the number of waste shipments and saving costs.
Black Star technology in the Orwak Power 3820 press
The innovative Black Star hydraulic technology uses the opposite principle of movement – instead of the classic downward pressure, it works on the basis of reverse thrust. This system brings several advantages. The hydraulic cylinders are at their strongest point at maximum load and the baler has an extra long piston stroke of up to 1000 mm. Thanks to this, it can create extremely strong and compact bales.
The baler is designed for long-term use. The lightweight body combined with a chamber with ISO 3834 certified welding and a durable cylindrical design ensures high stability, long life and reliable operation even under intensive use.
Specialized plastic mode in the Orwak Power 3820 press
A special LP mode is available for baling plastic films. In it, the baler keeps the material under pressure for up to 5 minutes to remove air and create extremely compact bales. This mode significantly improves the resulting density of plastic waste and reduces its volume.
