Innovative Black Star Hydraulics
The Black Star Technology hydraulic system works on the reverse thrust principle, thanks to which:
- the baler is extremely stable at the highest pressure
- the rollers are at their strongest point throughout the process
- the long piston stroke (1000 mm) ensures thorough and firm compaction
The design is lightweight, yet extremely strong, with a chamber welded according to ISO 3834, which guarantees a long service life even under intense loads.
Specialized plastic mode
A special LP mode is available for baling plastic films. In it, the baler keeps the material under pressure for up to 5 minutes to remove air and create extremely compact bales. This mode significantly improves the resulting density of plastic waste and reduces its volume.
