Vertical Strapping Machine with Open Frame
The automatic open-frame strapping machine is especially designed for strapping palletised shipments. The open frame design of the strapping machine allows the strapping tape to be introduced above the conveyor level and the pallets to be transported using roller conveyors. The palletised consignments enter the machine stacked lengthways and the strapping machine control system controls the movement of the pallets on the conveyor for strapping at the desired point.
High quality German tape head GS41
We install a high quality German GS41 strapping head in all automatic strapping machines of our production. The ingeniously developed design of the strapping machines allows for the smallest distance between pallets on the conveyor of 600 mm and the application of the strapping tape with an extreme precision of +/- 0.5 mm.

VERTICAL STRAPPER U
For the strapping of loose products(bundle strapping) or for the strapping of pallets using chain conveyors, along which the pallets enter the machine stacked transversely, the VERTICAL STRAPPER U automatic strapping machine with enclosed strapping frame is suitable.
VERTICAL STRAPPER L/LV
The VERTICAL STRAPPER L/LV is designed for special pallet strapping applications and maximum flexibility when integrated into the production line. The strapping machine has an open strapping frame and a travelling mechanism that allows the machine to move autonomously to the individual strapping points, thus not restricting other ongoing operations that depend on the movement of products and consignments along the conveyor line of the production line.

Development of packaging technologies and accessories for packaging lines
We are also involved in the development and production of packaging technologies and accessories for special packaging or strapping applications that solve various specific problems related to the nature of the packaged goods, such as:
- automatic film perforator to prevent condensation and protect goods from deterioration during transport or long-term storage,
- a system for applying protective edges to protect fragile goods when strapping on a pallet,
- side or cross press for pressing soft or unstable products before strapping, etc.
