Job description, powers and responsibilities
For our manufacturing and trading company we are looking for an Area Sales Manager for sales of packaging technology and consumer goods for the region of Eastern Slovakia. ( The job requires travelling).
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for new business opportunities:
- Active search for new business opportunities.
- Identification and acquisition of new customers.
- Presentation of products and solutions:
- Presentation of the company’s products to potential customers.
- Conducting sales negotiations and presentations to sell and promote the brand.
- Participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and other professional events to promote the company and its products.
- Building and maintaining relationships:
- Developing long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Providing high quality customer service and advice to clients.
- Resolving any problems and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieving sales targets:
- Planning and achieving set sales targets.
- Monitoring the market and competitive activities and adapting the business strategy according to current trends.
- Administration and reporting:
- Keeping records of business activities and customers.
- Regular reporting to supervisor on the status of sales and business activities.
