A manufacturer of steel structures for industrial halls handles heavy steel parts that must be securely strapped before transport. Workers pulled the tapes off with manual tensioners. The work was physically demanding and there were frequent injuries, improper tensioning and damage to the profiles.
We have implemented a pneumatic strapping machine for steel strapping, which reduces physical strain and increases accuracy.
