The weighing system with piezoelectric sensor on the WRAPPING RING machine is the ideal solution for efficient monitoring of the weight of bales before or after wrapping. The weighing system is designed specifically for safe and fast packing of goods. Its function is based on a simple and accurate piezoelectric sensor. This piezoelectric sensor is placed on the leg of the basic packing table and the weight indicator is placed as standard in the upper right part of the machine ( in the case of the WR1600 type machine the indicator is placed in the lower part of the machine). Of course, the display unit can be placed in any way, always according to the customer’s requirements. The weighing system with piezoelectric sensor on the WRAPPING RING machine works in such a way that the piezoelectric sensor reacts to the mechanical pressure induced by the weight, an electrical signal is generated by the microscopic material tension. This signal is processed and converted by the display unit into a displayable weight, allowing accurate and fast measurement of the weight of the bales directly on the machine. Of course, the scale has an RS-232 output for printing. The weighing system itself has an integrated 6V rechargeable battery, while a direct 220V mains supply is also possible. The weighing system has mainly an informative function – the division of packages by weight into parcel / pallet transport.
