Automatic desktop tape machine for use with paper and polypropylene tapes
Easy Band 45 is a simple and reliable desktop banding machine, for the use of paper and polypropylene tapes with a width of 29 mm. and a length of 190 m. The reel holder is located inside the banding machine and installed using a simple system to facilitate quick changeover. The machine has a variety of settings that can be managed from the touch screen control panel, including controlling the speed of the taping cycles, which reach a maximum of 25 cycles per minute. As for the tape tension, it is adjustable via a circular nut located inside the machine. The banding machine can be set for manual or automatic banding by means of a sensor located on the product support surface. The machine is also available in a wheeled version in the Easy Band 45B model The Easy Band 45 automatic banding machine is, in addition to its classic use in the book and stationery industry, particularly suitable for creating multiple packages or for combining multiple products in a sale.
METHOD OF USE
AUTOMATIC
By selecting the automatic mode, simply place the product on the surface of the banding machine. The photocell, which reads the product, starts the taping and welding cycle. Removing the product restarts the machine and prepares for the next taping cycle.
MANUAL
After selecting the manual cycle, the operator must press the button located on the control panel to wrap the product. Once the product is bundled, the machine performs a restart and prepares for the next strapping operation.
