Bench top tape dispenser for use with 12 mm wide paper or polypropylene tapes
Easy Band 25-200, simple and reliable. It is part of a range of benchtop automatic banding machines. You can work with paper and polypropylene tapes with a width of 12 mm. It is able to guarantee a banding speed of 25 cycles/min. Its maximum tape span is w 220 x h 170 mm. Manual or automatic operation with sensor and adjustable settings with the color touch screen located on the front of the machine. Both machines have a tape reel holder located at the bottom of the machine. They are mainly used in the stationery industry for packaging various products for promotions, fruit shops, perfumery etc.
Method of use
By selecting the automatic mode and placing the product on the work table of the banding machine, the banding and sealing cycle is activated by the photocell, which senses the product. When the product is removed, the machine re-feeds the tape and prepares for the next taping. By selecting the manual cycle, the operator starts the manual taping with a button. Changing a roll of tape is quick and easy.
